The IMEESC tool is being introduced in countries through
WHO training workshops, in collaboration with Ministries of Health, for use
in the development of policy, training curriculum, emergency equipment lists
for resuscitation, needs assessment, and as teaching tools (video, self
learning), best practice protocols for Clinical Procedures Safety, HIV
prevention and management in disaster situations.
